4. Copy Trading Services
Hexopips provides a social trading platform where users can follow and copy trades of experienced traders ("Leaders"). You understand that:
- Past performance does not guarantee future results.
- Copy trading involves significant risk of loss.
- You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
5. Fees and Payments
Hexopips is free for Followers. Leaders may participate in profit-sharing arrangements. All fees are clearly disclosed on our platform.
6. Risk Disclosure
Trading forex, cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You should never invest money that you cannot afford to lose.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Engage in market manipulation or fraudulent activities.
- Use the platform for illegal purposes.
- Interfere with or disrupt our services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
Hexopips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict of law principles.
